1.5 kg. Boneless pork pulp
4-5 lg.ulei

200 ml broth

RECIPE PREPARATION Pork steak on a tray with mashed potatoes:

Cover the pan with aluminum foil and put it in the preheated oven. half an hour we try the meat to see if it is almost cooked ... if so, add the broth mixed with the crushed garlic and leave it in the oven for another 10-15 minutes without foil.

We served it with mashed potatoes and sauerkraut in a jar.
