This cocktail is as much fun to prepare as it is to sip.
- 1 ounce light rum
- 1 ounce coconut rum
- 2 ounces strawberries
- 1 banana
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 2 ounces coconut cream
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Garnish: pineapple wedge
Blend the two rums and strawberries in a blender.
Remove the blended strawberry mixture to a pitcher or mixing glass and rinse the blender container.
Blend banana, coconut cream and pineapple juice in blender with ice.
Pour both blends into a tall glass from opposite sides.
Watch the strawberry mixture rise to the top like lava.
