The national cocktail of Martinique is as easy to make as it is to drink, using just three ingredients, including the island’s native spirit, rhum agricole.
- 2 ounces rhum agricole
- 1 tsp sugar cane syrup
- Garnish: lime wheel
Squeeze a lime wheel into a chilled rocks glass.
Add the remaining ingredients, and top with ice if desired.
