This time, however, I was curious to see how the apple pie with fasting dough came out, so I proceeded as usual, only to exclude the egg and milk, and the butter was replaced by margarine.
Because the dough came out super ok, and the pie turned out as good as in other times, I will post the recipe in case I am among you willing to try it.

For the preparation you need the following ingredients: 400 g flour 2 kg apples 200 g margarine 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 tablespoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 sachet vanilla sugar 1 sachet ammonium for cakes 100 ml water 2 teaspoons cinnamon (for when they harden apples) 100 g sugar (for when apples are hardened).

Preparing apple pie: Remove the margarine from the fridge about 1 hour before you start cooking, cut it into cubes and leave it at room temperature. Peel an apple, grate it and squeeze the juice.

Put the ingredients for the dough in the bread machine in this order: water, ammonium for cakes, salt, vanilla sugar, the 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of oil, margarine and, finally, flour. Choose the & # 8220Paste & # 8221 program (my car is 12).
